Meet Owner / Creative Designer

Hi, I’m Kellie Annesley-Smith

I believe, that in order to be successful in business, we need to build a business on our strengths, passion and commitment. It’s this ethos that is how I’ve been able to work with so many lovely clients and turn their brands and websites into something truly unique.

My experiences have enabled me to work with small businesses (particularly with women-led businesses) and it’s provided insight and opportunities to work with businesses globally and in various industries.

HISTORY (so far):

I’ve had a wild business journey since 2012, as I’ve created courses and workshops and written and sold ebooks on branding and websites. Because of my extensive experiences and insights into marketing, building membership platforms and email marketing campaigns, as well as building and designing websites and sales pages, I’ve been able to provide robust support for my clients.

My Philosophy:

I have a pragmatic approach to design and business.

Being pragmatic in graphic and web design means prioritising practicality and functionality over purely aesthetic concerns. It involves making design choices based on what works best for the intended purpose rather than just for visual appeal.

I don’t do pretty. I design with strategy and substance, with a flair for timeless style and elegance. I’m in my creative zone if your brand is aiming for more creative, feminine or has (or needs) personality, and you also serve people and help transform them mentally, physically and commercially.

Our Design Process:

  •  This is where we both dive into conversation over the project including timelines and goals to gain clarity on the project objectives.

     A quote, project proposal and agreements will be sent.

    Once these have been approved alongside the 50% non refundable deposit has been made, this will be required to confirm your spot in our calendar.

    Once the project has been scheduled in our calendars, we will need to do the prep work before starting. A questionnaire will be required to complete detailing your business, your audience and design preferences.

    A client portal will be created where you’ll find everything that is needed to start the collation of information about your business.

    You will be able to upload your content and information as well as view notes taken, dates and deadlines set, etc.

    Depending on your project, this will also include:

    • Website content guideline documents

    • Website Sitemap

    • Logo and Branding Folder

    • Images Folder

    • And more

  • Once the design brief has been completed we will begin your design project. This will also include industry research, and customer insights to gain knowledge for the design strategy.

    You will have two rounds of amendments over two business days to provide feedback. Once approved we will finalise the design and prepare for handover.

  • If necessary, we can schedule a half-hour session for a walk-through of your new website.

    We will take you through the simple processes so you can manage the basics of your new website. This will be recorded so you can use it in the future.

    The studio will also provide you with a reference Help Guide for your FAQs.
